He founded UnLock with the goal of sharing sharing his expertise with teams seeking growth and productivity through AI.
Paul is well-versed in a variety of technologies, verticals and business models, including SaaS, AI, mobile, crypto, marketplaces and digital healthcare.

Paul’s educational background includes a Masters in Human-Computer Interface and an MBA. He is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Igor Beylin
Igor is an engineering leader with 20+ years of experience. He’s built and scaled mission-critical software for both venture-backed startups and large enterprises, leading cross-functional teams from concept to launch and ongoing growth.
Igor is well-versed across modern stacks and business models, including SaaS, AI/ML-enabled products, cloud platforms, payments/data systems, and marketplaces. He’s known for pairing pragmatic engineering with customer-driven product thinking to deliver reliable outcomes at scale.
His background spans hands-on architecture and executive leadership. He’s led distributed teams, modernized legacy systems, and driven complex migrations and integrations while establishing the processes and metrics that keep products shipping.
